Cancellation Policy

For Appointments:

• 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

For Training Programs:

• 7-Day Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling of training programs, we require at least 7 days notice prior to the start date to provide a full refund or reschedule without a fee.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the training program start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the program cost.
• No-Shows: Participants who do not show up for the training program without prior notice will be charged 100% of the program cost.

Refund Policy

Services:

• Non-Refundable: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please speak with our manager immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages or series of treatments will be calculated based on the regular price of the services used, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Training Programs:

• Full Refund: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of the training program.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund of the program cost.
• Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the training program has begun or for no-shows.
